Gathered Together - Clean & Simple Fall Challenge

Hello and welcome to my blog. This is the first time I have participated in a challenge blog. I hope you consider giving it a try, too. Today I am going to share my card for a Creative Challenge over at The Spot. This week’s challenge is a Clean & Simple Fall #132. Here is the card that I came up with:

I love being that these leaf dies cut and emboss in one pass through the die cutting machine.

I wanted to share a simple project I created for this hop featuring the Peony Garden designer series paper (dsp). I LOVE this paper so much, I plan to stock up during this month's sale! Peony Garden dsp uses basic gray, gray granite, petal pink, and whisper white. This paper lends itself to using just a few colors of cardstock and mix and matching the dsp to make a ton of fun cards!

This simple card uses just a touch of embossing on after I stamped the sentiment. I used Tasteful Texture embossing folder, but that is an optional step. I am making a batch of these simple thank you cards for all my customers this month. I hope they like it.

As I was playing around with this designer paper, I decided to make a card using the flip side of this design. Here is what I came up with:

The images from this card are from Tasteful Touches Stamp Set. I really like how these cards turned out.
